STEP1 : Browse and select desired item(s).

STEP2 : Mail your order form, fill in where applicable with the item's name as the subject or you can always SMS/e-mail us your order. To do so, please visit our CONTACT US page.

STEP3 : Wait for our reply on product availability, payment and revert with further instructions.

STEP4 : Payment can be made to our MAYBANK or CIMB bank account through bank-in, online-banking or online-transfer.

STEP5 : After completing your payment, please notify us with the reference number, bank name and total amount you bank in. To do so, please visit our CONTACT US page.

STEP6 : Keep your payment receipt for future reference.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ready stock items - Full payment must be made to our account within 48 hours, before delivery of the items. Should the payment is not received within 48 hours, then the reserved goods will be released to other buyer.

Pre-order Items – Once you’ve confirmed the pre-order item, we’ll make order straight away and it is estimated that the item will be received approximately within 8 weeks (items from UK), then we’ll arrange to ship out your order as soon as we received the product.

At least 50% deposit is required before any order is made. Once stock has arrived, the buyer must settle the remaining balance before delivery of the product can be made.

All orders must clearly stating your name, contact number, email, mailing address and product code.

If any particular merchandise is out of stock or discontinue, we will fully refund your paid amount, or accept order exchange for any other item.

All items will be sent via Skynet, the posting and handling cost is based on the size and weight of the products. (For both peninsular & east Malaysia) Delivery time vary but it is estimated to arrive approximately within 2 – 3 working days.

All order will be provided with a reference number by email for tracking purposes.

Once the order has been confirmed and paid, NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made except for out of stock or discontinuity. All sales are final, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

All our items are imported directly from UK, 100% authentic and original. We don’t sell imitate product and imply original and authenticity policy.

All items are BRAND NEW and in a perfect condition, unless otherwise stated. For pre-order items, we will be fully responsible for any loss or damage while it is being shipped fromUK. All local delivery is at your own risk. Please advised us if you prefer collection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Once we have sent out the items for delivery, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

We are not responsible for any damage or lost during domestic shipping. However, insurance cover is available by Skynet Malaysia (optional).

Shipping time from UK takes approximately 8 weeks (Monday-Friday only).

Please be patient as delays mat occur during festive seasons or custom clearance. Nevertheless, we will try our best to deliver the items to you ASAP and your patience will be very much appreciated.
